Politics today is not about Republicans and Democrats.(Republicrats-two sides of the same coin)

Nor is it about healthcare, abortion, higher taxes, free college tuition, or any of the other buzzwords that have become campaign slogans for individuals who have mastered the art of telling Americans exactly what they want to hear.

Politics today is about one thing and one thing only: maintaining the status quo between the Controllers (the politicians, the bureaucrats, and the corporate elite) and the Controlled (the taxpayers).

  1. Some, I would think. But given the participation rates in the election, not many.

    If people were really awake, they wouldn’t pay the elections any mind and would certainly not cast a ballot.

  2. I could not agree more, Norm!

    I am waiting and hoping that participation rates are down this coming November, especially among the young.

    Most folks my age will never wake up, but the young, who are being completely shafted by this system, seem to be more withdrawn from the government.

    If nothing changes , as far as this election is concerned, then hope is probably useless. I mean how bad does it have to be before people see the lie and stop playing the game?
