“Creating a Monster”

Before you go feeding this corrupt system of politics/government by voting next week, please read and consider the following article. No matter who you vote for, or why you are voting, you are, whether intentionally or not, actively sanctioning the hellish nightmare this Zionist-controlled government is perpetrating on ‘the masses’ worldwide; you are simply feeding the monster that is destroying this world:

Creating a Monster

Published on Monday, 31 October 2016

In the Janet and John book of war narratives, there are the good guys (us) and the bad guys (them) but seldom is that narrative sufficient to galvanise jingoistic, patriotic fervour that has youth signing up to fight and everyone else cheering from the sidelines; or once the war is over, to obscure the true villains who start wars for their own ends.

To create effective propaganda, what’s needed is an inhuman monster to become the subject of fear and hate. Following the second world war and the Nuremberg trials, there were a number of candidates for the role of arch villain but Dr Josef Mengele was singled out as the personfication of evil within German concentration camps. There was no crime against the vulnerable and oppressed so heinous that it couldn’t be ascribed to Mengele. When much of our understanding of history comes from Hollywood and controlled academia, we are not given an opportunity to judge whether the monsters are real or make believe.

Lessons of the Mengele Affair by Mark Weber

With the possible exceptions of Hitler and Himmler, no man has been so vilified in recent years as the personification of Nazi evil as Dr. Josef Mengele. The Mengele legend was the basis for two novels that Hollywood turned into popular movies: William Goldman’s The Marathon Man and Ira Levin’s The Boys From Brazil. In the latter film, Gregory Peck played a relentlessly malevolent Dr. Mengele who cloned dozens of little Hitlers as part of a diabolical Latin American Nazi conspiracy.

There have been plenty of evil monsters fabricated in the same manner since the second world war, most notably Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi, Bashar al Assad and Vladimir Putin. But the real atrocities occur not because of evil individuals but because of hierarchical, psychopathic institutions where individual responsibility is abdicated to unseen technocratic authority manipulated within a system of global power. There may be monsters but they too are following the incentives and penalties of the political economy.

Acts of great evil are currently taking place in Yemen where the population’s agriculture and infrastructure is being targeted by US/UK/Israel backed Saudi Arabia with devastating consequences and in contravention of the Geneva Convention.

Is Yemen Too Much for the World to Take? by Robert Fisk

In fact, there is substantial evidence emerging that the Saudis and their “coalition” allies – and, I suppose, those horrid British “advisers” – are deliberately targeting Yemen’s tiny agricultural sector in a campaign which, if successful, would lead a post-war Yemeni nation not just into starvation but total reliance on food imports for survival. Much of this would no doubt come from the Gulf states which are currently bombing the poor country to bits.

One may ponder why is this being done? Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria have all been similarly devastated, to what end? One consistent driver behind these wars in the region is Israel – Israel’s plan to dominate the region has a deep history and it is becoming ever clearer that the house of Al Saud is another proxy regime (as are the US, UK and NATO) for the Structural Elite and Israel’s imperial plan.

Meanwhile, in Palestine, the game of colonising all the land at the expense of indigenous Palestinians continues with the tacit encouragement of those supposedly in opposition of Israel’s land grab.

BDS Changed its Goal Statement Once Again by Gilad Atzmon

When the call for Boycott, Divestment & Sanctions of Israeli goods was established in 2005 in Ramallah its first demand was for Israel to: “End[ing] its occupation and colonization of all Arab lands and dismantl[ing] the Wall”

This call didn’t leave room for interpretation. Back in 2005, the BDS movement disputed the legitimacy of the Jewish State.

But in 2010, its primary goal was changed significantly into: “Ending its occupation and colonization of all Arab lands occupied in June 1967 and dismantling the Wall.”

What is happening to Yemenis and Palestinians is monstrously evil but these events are not the product of a twisted mind but the product of a twisted system. We need global system change, not regime changes among the puppet states doing the bidding of the Structural Elite.

  1. It is amazing, isn’t it, LT? Sometimes I think it is the bright and informed who are the hardest to reach.

I think there are enough folks to lead, but we need to stop thinking in terms of leaders leading us, and become the leaders ourselves.

This is not to say that among a close community of individuals, a few folks would not stand out as leaders more than others. But these select leaders would be known, in a personal way, among the other co-leaders of the community.

Isn’t this close to what Native American culture looks like? I would want to live for a long time in a setting like this!

    Thanks, LT!

  2. “Let he who leads be servant to all” Biblical, but apropos!

Yes, and everyone knew this leader on a personal level, which is not the case at all today.

There was a close bond between leader and the led that cannot be replicated in today’s massive, representative governments. And this, in my opinion, is why statism does not work, nor will it ever.
