Here is a quote from the following article:
“…Contrary to popular political opinion, “national unity” is not synonymous with basic human decency and peace among men. Quite the opposite. But as long as “our” political leaders continue to conflate the two, a cruel irony will be at work here. The more America’s political leaders try to “unite” the nation through political power at the federal level, nationalizing every issue in the process, the more divided the nation will become. The United States is too diverse to be treated as one big happy family ready to march in lockstep…”
This statement summarizes why I see centralized (huge) government as being completely useless to all of humanity. It doesn’t matter what “ism” a particular form of government might be, herein lies the sticky and unsolvable issue: hundreds of millions of UNIQUE INDIVIDUALS cannot be herded into an ideology/philosophy of a single government/economics/politics/national system. Representation does not work, when the representative is dealing with millions of constituents. It is common sense. How can my representative know what my needs, concerns, thoughts, etc are, when I am one of millions he/she has been “elected” to represent? And this is as true with a socialist or communist form of government as it is with the one I have been enslaved in since birth.
ONE SIZE NEVER, EVER FITS ALL!!! “The parts”, the individuals, are much greater than “the whole” could ever be, since the whole is solely dependent on the individuals (“the parts”) to exist. But “the whole” has brainwashed we the individuals to believe we exist solely to complete-enhance-serve the whole: “the whole” being the one tenth of one percent psychos who own and operate every government on the face of this planet. This is simply a mind fuck of gargantuan proportions, it is an ages old mind fuck!
I was not born to be a member of “the masses”, a member of the herd (“the working class”/”proletariat”), I was born to be the unique individual I am, and nothing more, or less. And this is true of every last one of us (human beings), but the vast majority of us are completely blind to this universal truth. There are no saviors coming, religious or political, we are on our own here. Therefore, humanity will remain divided and at war with itself until it gets over the suicidal addiction to huge government and religion, including the religion of nationalism!

After this past weekend’s confrontations between the “BLM” and “Pride” folk, I find it more than amazing that anyone in their right mind could believe that Americans will ever be reconciled with each other and become united. I heard on the local news that “BLM” folk were protesting at the local “Pride” celebration, and that fights broke out. Now if this isn’t the “oppressed” kettle calling the “oppressed” pot black, then I don’t know what is.
Hell, even those Americans who consider themselves oppressed can’t find another American to be in unity and stand together with. We are all oppressed! All of us! I guess, from the BLM folk’s stand point, the gays (etc) have no right to have a “Pride” celebration (whatever the fuck that is), and the gays (etc) are pissed off because the BLM folk rained on their little parade. Go figure! It’s “life” as usual in these here “united” states.
Now we have the following article, where both sides of scumbag congress, after two years of hellish backbiting and threats of violence, because the Trumpster was (s)elected over Bill’s bitch, are now hypocritically calling for “unity”, as if they even mean it, or “unity” is even possible in this FUBAR society.
All of this shit is beyond me to even begin to fathom. I guess I’m just not that insane yet? I mean Russia has put out a very stark warning to the US/NATO that any fighter aircraft, other than Russian and Syrian National, will be shot down when entering Syrian air space (see here). And yet the “pride” and “BLM” folk are fighting over who is the most oppressed minority in the good old US of A, and congress is seeking anyway possible to dodge more bullets. By the way, I don’t blame Russia at all!
For the folks who don’t understand the gravity of this announcement by Russia, let me attempt to get through your thick, lethargic and stoned brain matter. Should a US or NATO fighter enter Syrian airspace, Russia will attack and seek to shoot it down, which will immediately require a military response from the US or its NATO allies, and both the US and NATO want war with Russia. In other words, folk, WORLD WAR III!
So, while the world teeters on the brink of oblivion, the gays and blacks are pussyfooting around and bitching, while congressmen are only concerned with not being shot at a baseball game. I swear, this is like living in a sick, twisted comic strip. It’s a fucking loony bin, and the loons are in charge:
IN THE DIVIDED STATES OF AMERICA, THERE’S ONLY ONE WAY TO “UNITE”
JUNE 19, 2017 | JOEY CLARK | THEANTIMEDIA.ORG
Following the attempted political assassination of several GOP members of Congress this week, calls for “unity” echoed through the halls of power.
Democratic and Republican leaders alike offered up their ruminations on the matter — ”ruminating” not in the sense of offering profound thoughts on the latest tragedy, but rather, as cows “ruminate” on regurgitated cud. That an American citizen would take the ruling class’ dishonest and hyperbolic partisanship seriously enough to actually start shooting congressmen is tough for the political class to stomach, so for now, they chew on their hopes for national unity while promising to temper their rhetoric.
Such calls for “national unity” in the wake of violence are nothing new, and as I heard this latest chorus of “Kumbaya” reverberate around the country, I couldn’t help but snicker. I couldn’t hold back my laughter because I suspect too much about American government, too much about the meanness and bad faith of contemporary American politics, too much about the very nature of human beings’ relationship to political power to take American politicos’ calls for unity, love, and respect seriously. I have nothing against unity, love, kindness, and respect (and I certainly do not condone citizens randomly shooting members of Congress), but I cannot take the power-hungry seriously when they use the language of peace and community to advance their national ambitions of political control.
Political invective, per se, is not the problem — the drive for national solutions is. Even if the political class softens their rhetoric for a time (don’t hold your breath), they will sooner or later find themselves at one another’s throats again as long as they continue to nationalize every political issue under the sun. There is too much power at stake to behave otherwise. In fact, I expect we will soon see that rhetorical game whereby partisan “uniters” criticize anyone who disagrees with their political projects as “dividers.”
Contrary to popular political opinion, “national unity” is not synonymous with basic human decency and peace among men. Quite the opposite. But as long as “our” political leaders continue to conflate the two, a cruel irony will be at work here. The more America’s political leaders try to “unite” the nation through political power at the federal level, nationalizing every issue in the process, the more divided the nation will become. The United States is too diverse to be treated as one big happy family ready to march in lockstep.
The political class’ appeals to American ‘family’ and ‘unity’ is merely a means to obscure what’s really on the agenda— an agenda that goes far beyond the purview of our actual families, villages, townships, cities, and states. The political establishment continues to falsely believe a diverse nation of 300 million-plus people, a nation of nearly 20,000 actual cities, as well as countless families and cultures, can be managed like a singular political body without negative consequences. If only we surrender more of our liberties and governing decisions to Washington D.C., says the political class, “the people” of the United States can be prodded into unity — as long as we are allowed to chew on a bit of happy talk and watch a charity baseball game…
